1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Certain items, such as custom-made products, personal care items, or final sale items, cannot be returned.

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
• Email us at NovaNest.cs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Non-Refundable Items
• Health & fitness and grooming & personal care items are non-refundable.
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

2. You will receive instructions and the return address (based on the supplier).
3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
